Mr. Morales concentrates his practice on corporate transactional matters, counseling companies, founders, and investors at every stage of the business life cycle. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, supply chain and financing transactions, and regulatory compliance across a range of industries, including technology, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, cannabis and hospitality.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Morales worked at the publicly traded real estate investment trust (Realty Income Corp.) and two investment banks (UBS & Wedbush Securities).
